By accessing Clear Path Markets ScienceTrader, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

Clear Path Markets ScienceTrader is a read-only financial data visualization platform. It does not execute trades, transmit orders, or provide investment advice.

2. No Financial Advice

The platform does not provide recommendations regarding securities. All information is for informational purposes only.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. Use of this platform does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship.

4. No Warranty

Data may be inaccurate or delayed. The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clear Path Markets ScienceTrader shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the platform.

6. Prohibited Use & Community Conduct

Clear Path Markets ScienceTrader is strictly a financial data visualization platform. It is NOT a dating site.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and inappropriate behavior. By using this platform, you agree to the following:

• No Harassment: Any form of sexual harassment toward any member, regardless of gender, is strictly prohibited.
• No Lewd/NSFW Content: This is NOT a "suitable for work" or adult content site. Sending lewd, nude, or sexually explicit photos/messages is strictly forbidden.
• Enforcement & Reporting: If you violate these rules, your information will be logged and preserved. We will not only terminate your access immediately but will also report your identity and activities to your local law enforcement and relevant government authorities for prosecution.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Data Processing Addendum

12. Assistance with Regulatory Compliance

Processor will provide reasonable assistance to the Controller to ensure compliance with obligations regarding the security of Processing, data breach notifications, data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and prior consultations with supervisory authorities, as reasonably required by applicable Data Protection Laws.

13. Confidentiality of Processing

Processor will ensure that all persons authorized to process Personal Data are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, whether statutory or contractual.

14. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a Personal Data Breach affecting Controller's data, Processor will:

• Notify Controller without undue delay upon becoming aware of the breach;
• Provide information about the nature of the breach, the likely consequences, and any measures taken or proposed to address it;
• Assist Controller in complying with applicable breach notification requirements.

15. Duration

The terms of this Addendum are effective for as long as Processor maintains or processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.

16. Governing Law

This Addendum is governed by the laws that govern the primary service agreement (typically those of Delaware, unless otherwise specified in the Terms of Service).
